All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. This applies to both glasses and contact lenses.
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept contact lenses and eye care products if the packaging is completely sealed and unopened. Opened items cannot be returned.
Returning glasses purchased in-store is simple — just call or email us and we'll take care of it.

If you purchased online and want to return your order:
Once we receive the return and confirm it's in good condition, we'll refund the full amount you paid.
We're not able to process insurance claims or adjustments for online orders. Once the order ships, our part of the service is complete.
If you want to use your insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing in-store. For local orders, we go above and beyond with direct billing and claim support.
Insurance providers apply much stricter rules to online sales — and while some online retailers do advertise insurance processing, it typically comes with significant limitations.
